October 21	The COVID-19 Workplace – Lessons Learned & The View Forward In this hour-long session, we will discuss the current status of key changes in the law following the outbreak of the pandemic. The discussion will center on legal obligations from the perspective of the employer, including the provision of paid sick leave and expanded FMLA, workplace safety practices and preventative behaviors, responding to employee concerns regarding COVID-19 and positive tests, and more. Employers have had several months to adapt and implement key legal changes in the workplace, and we will discuss best practices for the end of 2020 and beyond.
